The HAL Academy represents a body of transformational teachings originally created and developed by Randi Green — a structured body of work designed to support deep personal progression, inner alignment, expanded self-awareness, and conscious responsibility for one’s developmental journey.

Having undertaken the HAL (Higher Awareness Lifestyle) courses, engaged deeply with the material, and progressed through my own awakening and integration processes, I now work as a facilitator of the HAL Academy teachings within Shift to Harmony and The Progression Hub.

My role is not to replace the original body of work, but to:

  • hold space for those engaging with the teachings
  • support learners in navigating and contextualising the material
  • provide structure, guidance, and reflection as part of the study process

The HAL teachings remain rooted in Randi’s original framework. What I offer is a facilitated environment in which to explore, study, and apply them.

The Nature of the HAL Work

The HAL Academy is suited to individuals who feel called to work with:

  • self-awareness and progressive identity development
  • deep internal restructuring and alignment
  • responsibility for one’s own choices, behaviours, and trajectory
  • a reflective, disciplined, and self-directed approach to growth

This work asks for sincerity, commitment, and curiosity — not performance or idealisation. It is not entertainment or inspiration; it is a structured developmental process undertaken with respect for one’s capacity, readiness, and ethics.

The HAL pathway is appropriate both for:

  • newcomers encountering the teachings for the first time, and
  • individuals who have previously taken the courses and wish to revisit, deepen, or integrate the material in a new way

Facilitated Learning in The Progression Hub

Within The Progression Hub, I have created a facilitated online course environment that:

  • contains the full HAL Academy material (as appropriate and in alignment with Randi’s framework)
  • provides study structure, learning guidelines, and reflective prompts
  • supports pacing, integration, and practical application
  • allows learners to access the material conveniently via mobile or desktop
  • offers a navigable, organised way to work through the teachings

Rather than simply presenting content, this environment is designed as:

  • a study companion
  • a reflective practice space
  • and a supportive container for engagement with the work

It helps both new and returning students remain oriented, grounded, and intentional throughout their process.

My Connection to the HAL Teachings

My relationship with the HAL material has evolved through personal engagement, lived experience, and extended study.

This work was entrusted to me by Randi for the purpose of facilitation and support of learners engaging with the Academy teachings. My intention is to:

  • preserve the integrity and orientation of the original work
  • maintain respect for its depth and developmental intention
  • provide a supported environment for those called to explore it

I hold this responsibility with care, and with recognition of the depth of the processes people may enter through this pathway.

Is the HAL Academy Right for You?

This pathway may be appropriate if you:

  • feel drawn to structured personal progression
  • are willing to work honestly with yourself
  • value responsibility, self-authorship, and ethical development
  • approach transformation as a disciplined and reflective process

It may be less suitable if you are seeking:

  • motivational content
  • external authority or identity labels
  • quick results or simplified narratives

The HAL work is for those who choose to meet themselves with awareness and maturity.
